The Rennesha Patterson Vocal Musicianship Scholarship is available to new students enrolling in the Bachelor of Music, Associate of Arts, or Certificate Vocal Performance Programs. A total of two scholarships are awarded for each Fall and Spring starting quarter.
The scholarship is applicable for students enrolled in vocal performance programs only, and may not be transferred to a non-performance program emphases (Audio Engineering, Music Business, Independent Artist, Guitar Craft, or Film) within an AA or Bachelor degree.
Eligibility:
- New vocal student enrolling in the Bachelor of Music, Associate of Arts, or Certificate Programs.
To apply for this scholarship, submit the following:
- A completed application (see download instructions below)
- An essay explaining why you should be considered for the scholarship.
- VHS or DVD video which must contain at a minimum: two (2) songs in two (2) different styles in an ensemble setting and one (1) a cappella piece.
Award:
$1,000.00 tuition credit for each quarter of the program as long as the student maintains satisfactory academic progress and remains enrolled full time.

- For programs beginning: Spring 2014
- Submit Application by: February 28, 2014
